2. Review

Your application is logged and evaluated to determine that you have all the right attributes to become a successful franchisor of the brand you are wishing to secure.

3. Inspect Premises

Our specialist hospitality teams will then coordinate a meeting to view your premises and evaluate your needs, objectives and capabilities for our consideration.

4. Project Suitability

A secondary meeting is scheduled to discuss your suitability for this project and to determine that you completely understand all aspects of what is required.

5. Confirmation

A final review of your application is made to determine that you are the right candidate and that your site is suitable prior to confirmation of a successful application.

6. Letter of Intent

Upon confirmation, we issue a letter of intent together with the agreement about how to set up the franchisor model within your territory, outlets, timeframe, etc.

7. Signing Contracts

Once all details are finalised, the moment has finally arrived to welcome you and your team to the Universal Food Brands family by signing the agreement for your first site.

8. Pre-Opening

Together we create a robust operating platform, menu creations, innovative site design and construct, hiring, training, supply chain and other development initiatives.
